We are proud to be certified as a Top Employer for 2026 for the sixth consecutive year, with this year’s results again showing persistent and high-performing scores. Process of Certification

The Top Employers Institute programme certifies organisations based on the participation and results of their HR Best Practices Survey. With 255 questions relating to best-practice processes and policies, the survey analyses all areas of human capital management and people practices. *This survey covers 6 HR domains (Steer, Shape, Attract, Develop, Engage and Unite), comprising over 20 topics: People strategy, work environment, talent acquisition, learning, diversity, equity and inclusion, wellbeing and more.

The Top Employers Institute certification programme is a rigorous process involving an extensive, independently audited, and fact-based HR Best Practices Survey and validation to ensure truthful answers.

Top employer domain categories

Momentum Group recorded its strongest progress in Business Strategy (up 10%) and Purpose & Values (up 9%), reflecting a focused effort to translate these items into an enabling People Strategy, and organisational values supported by clearly defined behaviours. The Group scored full marks (100%) for business strategy, leadership, digital HR, learning and ethics & integrity. Every year the Group uses the results as a prompt to guide continuous improvement in areas that will contribute to the organisation being known as an employer of choice.
