Sazini has experience as a senior Executive director working in a multinational financial service company and is also an experienced non-executive director sitting on several boards in the Nonprofit sector. She is a sustainability and shared value expert with experience in developing strategies that drive business and societal growth.

At an executive level in a Multinational Financial services company, she was the Managing Executive responsible for Corporate Citizenship, sustainability, and Community Investments at Barclays Africa Group and Absa Bank Group. In this role she was also the CEO of the Absa Foundation Trust and Managing director of the ABSA Africa Foundation. She was responsible for developing and driving the Group social investments strategy for 10 countries in Africa, collaborating with the UK, Americas, and Asia Pacific.
