Rowan has been in the financial services for over 25 years predominately in the employee benefits and investment space, having gained broad experience at two other large organisations before joining Momentum Group in 2013.

Most recently Rowan has fulfilled several strategy roles within the Group and is a well-known market commentator given his regular interactions on a broad range of topics with the legislator and representing the industry, particularly at Nedlac. He has a passion for trying to get more South Africans to retire comfortably which is why he expends much emotional energy debating this topic with the Social Partners in the Social Security and Retirement Reform Task Team (at Nedlac).
