Momentum Metropolitan notes with sadness the passing of Dr. Clarence Mini, Chairperson of the Council for Medical Schemes (CMS).

“Dr. Mini has played a significant role in the medical schemes industry during his tenure as chairperson, and he will most definitely be missed by all stakeholders,” says Ali Hamdulay, CEO: Metropolitan Health and Chairperson for the Board of Healthcare Funders (BHF).

Dr. Mini dedicated his life to bringing positive change in the medical industry with strong leadership, a commitment to developing our young leaders and a high degree of integrity. The medical schemes industry has lost a true stalwart, who advocated for reform in healthcare administration in Southern Africa.
