She has a strong blend of industry and management consulting experience, having held executive positions in broadcasting and telecommunications, including extensive management consulting involvement in South Africa, Sub-Saharan Africa, and Southeast Asia. She provides leadership coaching and has designed and led multiple STEM-based talent development and senior management accelerator programmes.
