Njabulo Nyawo

A qualified CA(SA) with an MBA from Edinburgh Business School, Njabulo brings over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. He has gained extensive knowledge from serving as executive and non-executive director in banking and insurance and has led several strategic and transformational business initiatives during his career.

Njabulo joined Momentum Group from Standard Bank in August 2022 as Head of Group Rewards, reporting to the Group Human Capital Executive. In this role, he supported the Group CEO, Group FD, and Group Exco in executing remuneration policies and frameworks. He was also instrumental in shaping our People Strategy, particularly leading the implementation of the "Fit-for-Purpose Reward" strategic choice, which has improved our employee experience and talent retention.

Njabulo's passion for people, his strategic thinking and authentic leadership have made a meaningful impact and he is known and respected for fostering collaborative relationships across the Group.
